Why do I need to log in?

By logging in we can connect your profile to your donation history. This allows you to schedule appointments and see test results.

Register Your Account

Please enter the following information so we can match to your donation records.

Do you go by another name? Names and birthdates must be identical to what you have provided to Your Blood Institute. If you are having difficulties re-registering with the site, it's likely your information isn't matching our records. Please contact Customer Service at customerservice@obi.org or call 1-877-340-8777.

If you are a first time donor, you can still create an account and schedule an appointment. You'll link your Donor ID later to access all of the site's features.

Username Requirements

Must be at least 5 characters.
Can be no more than 32 characters.

Password Requirements

Must be at least 6 characters.
Must be at most 32 characters.

Donor ID

Look Up My Donor ID
If you know your Donor ID, please provide it. This will help us to link your registration with your donation record so that you will be able to see your Donor Rewards Points accumulated and past donation information.
